Reports to:

Main responsibilities:

  • keep up-to-date excellent knowledge of the internal tools
  • coach internal users to use the internal tools
  • optimize the coaching process for the newcomers
  • document known issues and workarounds
  • continuous improvement of the internal tools usage

Main requirements:

  • Higher/secondary education
  • Experience in technical support – at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of IABS24/7 is preferable
  • Technical literacy.
