Main responsibilities:
- keep up-to-date excellent knowledge of the internal tools
- coach internal users to use the internal tools
- optimize the coaching process for the newcomers
- document known issues and workarounds
- continuous improvement of the internal tools usage
Main requirements:
- Higher/secondary education
- Experience in technical support – at least 1 year
- Knowledge of IABS24/7 is preferable
- Technical literacy.
