Main responsibilities:

  • Support for the product localization process:
    • adaptation of business and technical documentation
    • assist the Central team in product localization
    • analyze performance and develop suggestions for process optimization
  • Implementation of the product and its processes “end to end”:
    • collecting, formalizing, and coordinating requirements with stakeholders
    • collecting information, describing, and modeling business processes
    • preparing of business and technical documentation, preparation of instructions, regulations, schemes
    • act as a functional expert during design, programming, testing, and launch

Main requirements:

  • Experience in business processes analysis and modeling
  • Higher education
  • Preferably working experience at financial institutions

  • Russian - fluent
  • English - good
