Reports to:

Main responsibilities:

  • Project requirements feasibility study
  • Collect requirements, analyze documents received from project stakeholders via interviews and meetings
  • Create documents per each project requirement
  • Create diagrams for business processes
  • Provide detailed description of customer interface
  • Agree functional specifications both with business representatives as well as with specialists of IT Department
  • Act as a functional expert during the design, programming, testing and launching activities
  • Act as a project manager when required
  • Ensure the completion of the full project cycle on his/her own initiative from the origination of the requirements till final testing and project delivery

Main requirements:

  • Good knowledge and working experience in iABS 24x7
  • Experience in business processes analysis and modeling
  • Working experience in the projects related to retail credits is desirable
  • Higher education in information technology, preferably a master’s degree
  • At least 2 years working experience at financial institutions on the position of business analyst
