Main responsibilities:
- ensuring effective collaboration between CCO, CIO, COO departments and all HR functions
- search and selection of personnel for CCO, CIO, COO departments
- keeping timetables
- monitoring the satisfaction and loyalty of department employees, control and analysis of the reasons for the dismissal of department employees
- implementation of measures to motivate and retain staff, improve corporate culture, create a positive image of departments
- adaptation of new employees
- analysis of the needs of the unit in training / development of employees of the unit
- participation in the development of job descriptions and other internal regulatory documents
Main requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related subject
- Successful work experience in a similar position at least 3 years
- People management skill
- Knowledge of 1C, confident PC user, MS Office packages
- Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Work experience in an international company at least 3 years
