Reports to:

Head of HR

Main responsibilities:

  • ensuring effective collaboration between CCO, CIO, COO departments and all HR functions
  • search and selection of personnel for CCO, CIO, COO departments
  • keeping timetables
  • monitoring the satisfaction and loyalty of department employees, control and analysis of the reasons for the dismissal of department employees
  • implementation of measures to motivate and retain staff, improve corporate culture, create a positive image of departments
  • adaptation of new employees
  • analysis of the needs of the unit in training / development of employees of the unit
  • participation in the development of job descriptions and other internal regulatory documents

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related subject
  • Successful work experience in a similar position at least 3 years
  • People management skill
  • Knowledge of 1C, confident PC user, MS Office packages
  • Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Work experience in an international company at least 3 years
