Main responsibilities:
- Organization of the branches work
- Directing all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, organization of sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Everyday control of the branches performance
- Providing training and motivation for branch teams
- Settle customers satisfaction issues promptly
- Achieve goals and metrics of sales
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations
- Organization of the reporting processes
Main requirements:
- Higher education
- Successful experience in a similar position from 3 years
- Proven experience in teams management
- Background in sales
- Background in service organization
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek, English (desirably)
- Leadership skills
- Communication and presentation skills

Languages:
- Russian - fluent
