Main responsibilities:
- Consulting clients;
- Assist customers in registration and utilization of Bank application;
- Solving customers problems which encountered during usage of the application;
- Systematization of customer feedback, data collection for the communication department;
- Achievement of KPI goals (personal and team’s);
- Achievement of a sales plan of Bank products.
Main requirements:
- Age from 20 – 25 years;
- Incomplete higher education;
- Work experience in similar position – 1 year;
- Russian and Uzbek languages – fluent;
- Proficient user of MS Office package;
- Customer oriented, performance oriented, responsible
Skills:
- Perfect negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of digital tools;
- Time management skills.
