Reports to:

Head of Front Office

Main responsibilities:

  • Consulting clients;
  • Assist customers in registration and utilization of Bank application;
  • Solving customers problems which encountered during usage of the application;
  • Systematization of customer feedback, data collection for the communication department;
  • Achievement of KPI goals (personal and team’s);
  • Achievement of a sales plan of Bank products.

Main requirements:

  • Age from 20 – 25 years;
  • Incomplete higher education;
  • Work experience in similar position – 1 year;
  • Russian and Uzbek languages – fluent;
  • Proficient user of MS Office package;
  • Customer oriented, performance oriented, responsible


  • Perfect negotiation skills;
  • Good knowledge of digital tools;
  • Time management skills.
