Main responsibilities:
- Minimum of a Degree (Banking, Finance or related area)
- Post graduate degree (MBA desirable)
- Uzbek, Russian and English languages;
- Solid knowladge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, instructions, processes and procedures;
- 5 years’ experience with-in the banking card business
- Mininum 3 years of managarial experiance in Banks or financial institutions;
- Experience with both Credit and Debit cards would be a strong advantage;
- Working experiance with Visa, Mastercard and other global vendors in the field would be an advantage;
- Specialized knowledge of ATM and Kiosks operations and maintenance
- Strong Digital Payments and Cards expertise recommended
Main requirements:
- Active participation in new product development and launching.
- Establish, monitor and improve plastic cards and settlement systems in the Bank.
- Build an ATM, ADM and Kiosks network and manage effectively
- Develop seamless relationships with all key stakeholders (processing centers, VISA, Mastercard, Sales, Risk, Legal & Compliance, IT & Operations, Marketing etc.) in order to ensure smooth running of the plastic cards and settlement business/processes.
- Manage chargebacks, POS terminal registrations and reconciliations.
- Maintain good relations with the third-party partner to ensure maximum benefit is gained for both the partner and the Bank.
- Solid fraud management knowledge and working experience.
- Lead the team to deliver superior results while providing an outstanding customer experience
- Establish and manage a relationship with correspondent banks
- Manage in-country and country to country money transfers and transactions;
- Maximize automation level of transactions while increasing their efficiency and accuracy
- Create effective system to discover operational risks ASAP and minimize them
- Negotiate partner banks about with credit lines etc.
- Create and update when needed department’s effective policy
- Work to Increase customer satisfaction level on a regular basis
- Manage and control balance on correspondent accounts
- Monitor and control document flow and operations and transit accounts
