Main responsibilities:

  • Information and reference services by telephone of current and potential customers of the company
  • Data collection on oral requests from customers
  • Making additions and changes to customer credentials and changing the composition of the Bank's services upon oral requests of customers
  • Providing information about the products and services of the company
  • Documentation of applications and orders
  • Independent processing and control of customer requests
  • Using all the necessary software properly and in accordance with the instructions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, work with cold calls

Main requirements:

  • Secondary education
  • Experience in a similar position - from 6 months
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Customer focus
  • Stress resistance
  • Goodwill



  • Russian – fluent
  • Uzbek - fluent
