Main responsibilities:
- Information and reference services by telephone of current and potential customers of the company
- Data collection on oral requests from customers
- Making additions and changes to customer credentials and changing the composition of the Bank's services upon oral requests of customers
- Providing information about the products and services of the company
- Documentation of applications and orders
- Independent processing and control of customer requests
- Using all the necessary software properly and in accordance with the instructions
- Knowledge of sales techniques, work with cold calls
Main requirements:
- Secondary education
- Experience in a similar position - from 6 months
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Customer focus
- Stress resistance
- Goodwill
