Back Office Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of documents after deposit confirmation
  • Transactions, transfers of funds to customer accounts
  • Documentary assistance in proceedings related to seizures, litigation, notifications / requests from the prosecutor's office, etc.
  • Collection and storage of documents from bank service points
  • Reporting
  • Transactional work with an automated banking system for deposit operations
  • Help and support in front office work

Main requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work in the banking sector
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, outlook etc.)
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking procedures and rules
  • Knowledge of automated banking systems - preferably IABS 6.5

  • Russian – fluent
  • Uzbek – good
