Head of Front Office
- Bank clients acquisition.
- Consulting clients;
- Assist customers in registration and utilization of Bank application;
- Solving customers problems which encountered during usage of the application;
- Systematization of customer feedback, data collection for the communication department;
- Achievement of KPI goals (personal and team’s);
- Achievement of a sales plan of Bank products.
- Age from 18 – 25 years;
- Education – preferable, but not must;
- Work experience preferable, but not must;
- Customer oriented, performance oriented, responsible
- Perfect negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of digital tools;
- Time management skills.
- Russian – fluent
- Uzbek – fluent
- English – preferably
