Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance and accounting of contracts;
- Reception, scanning by QR code;
- Checking for correctness of filling;
- Checking the customer data in the system;
- Scanning contracts;
- Binder archiving of documents;
- Other assignments of the direct manager.
Main requirements:
- Secondary (higher is preferable) education;
- Work experience in maintaining and accounting documents, office work from 6 months;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
